I made a fat flush drink which is really easy.
Ingredients:
- 1 Tangerine
- 1 cucumber
- 1 grapefruit
- Filtered water
- 2 Peppermint Leaves
- Chop up the cucumbers on the side to make 'O' shapes
- Do the same for the tangerine and grapefruit. (To be honest it doesn't really matter how you cut them up I just don't suggest cubes.)
- Put all of your chopped up fruits into your pitcher
- Add filtered water. (depending on how big your pitcher is, that's how much water you add. Just make sure your drink doesn't taste more like water than it does punch.)
- Add your peppermint leaves
- Chill for 1-2 hours and ENJOY! :)
