Diet Approved Foods

I helped my mom make these cinnamon cashews.
Ingredients:
  • Cinnamon
  • Coconut Oil
  • Nutmeg
  • cashews (you can use any kind of nut)
Directions:
  1. Melt coconut oil, and put your coconut oil on top of the nuts
  2. Put on the pan, and then sprinkle cinnamon, and nutmeg
  3. Bake on 350 for 10-15 minutes (if they are already cooked bake for 5-7 minutes)
I don't really like nuts like that but my mom does, so enjoy you nut lovers!!

This was at the dinner table today! Cabbage Wheels!!
My mom just sprinkles Garlic, and pepper on this. Then she cooks if for 35- 40 minutes on 350.

Then these coconut chips! You just sprinkle sea salt on
them, and cook them in the oven for 10 minutes on 300.

  • 1 Cup of Pumpkin
  • 1/2 Cup of almond butter
  • 4 tbsp of unsweetened applesauce

  • Dash (1/4 tsp) Pumpkin pie seasoning
Directions:
  1. Blend all the ingredients together and fry them in a pan like normal

Dr. Oz's Slimming Fat Flush Water!

Cook's Refrigerator! :D
I made a fat flush drink which is really easy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tangerine
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 grapefruit
  • Filtered water
  • 2 Peppermint Leaves
Directions:

  1. Chop up the cucumbers on the side to make 'O' shapes
  2. Do the same for the tangerine and grapefruit. (To be honest it doesn't really matter how you cut them up I just don't suggest cubes.)
  3. Put all of your chopped up fruits into your pitcher
  4. Add filtered water. (depending on how big your pitcher is, that's how much water you add. Just make sure your drink doesn't taste more like water than it does punch.)
  5. Add your peppermint leaves
  6. Chill for 1-2 hours and ENJOY! :)
Here is a video on how to make it also...

My Product!!!

Jello Squares

I made some jello squares, for my list of plans!! I used sugar-free jello ;)!!
Ingredients/Tools:
  • 1 Packet of Jello (sugar-free or not)
  • Cool Whip (also sugar-free or not)
  • Pan for Chilling
  • Whisk
Directions:
1) Follow directions on jello packet, but leave 1cup out for the top (put into separate bowl), refrigerate all jello (1 cup in the pan, and 1 cup in the bowl)
After the jello in the separate bowl is ready scoop out
as much cool whip as you want, (I put 1 cup in).
It should look like this, and put this back in to refrigerate.
This is what is should look like when it is all done!!

Biscuit Doughnuts

SURPRISE!!!!! I made doughnuts, and I am going to share it with you guys!! I know I didn't say I was going to do this but it came out of the blue so Yeahhhh!!!

Ingredients

  • Biscuits in the Can
  • Cinnamon
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Oil
Directions:
Cut the holes in the doughnuts from the oil can. Wait for your oil to heat. To know when your oil is ready, just check to make sure it is "loose".
Prepare the powdered mixture! I didn't really measure I just mixed some cinnamon and powdered sugar until it was a light brown (I'm sorry for no exact measurements)

Insert the doughnuts!!! Fry for 45 seconds to 1 minute on each side, or until you see brown in the hole, or brown on each side!
Let them dry!
 Powder the doughnuts!!

All-Natural Waffle

I found this really cool recipe on a
 pintrest page:http://pinterest.com/source/paleoparents.com/!
It is rich in flavor, and all-natural! Which means it is healthy!
Hope you enjoy the pictures.
I will soon be making pumkin pancakes, so keep your eyes open!
Ingredients
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and cored
  • 1 Cup smooth almond butter
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 TBSP arrowroot powder(you can find @ Harris Teeter, or Whole Foods)
  • 1 TBSP vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • oil for greasing waffle iron (melted coconut oil)
Instructions
  1. ♥ Puree apple and banana in a food processor.
  2. ♥ Use the whisk attachment on your electric mixer and whip almond butter on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth and fluffed.
  3. ♥ Add puree and remaining ingredients to whipped almond butter and continue to whip until combined.
  4. Grease your hot waffle maker (for each waffle you make).
  5. Fill your waffle maker with the mixture thick, but do not fill to the sides because it will spill out
  6. ♥ Eat immediately or store flat in freezer and make your own breakfast by reheating in toaster – the waffles will be firm enough

Banana Pancakes

This are really healthy, and easy pancakes! I enjoyed them with a little bit of syrup, but for the most part the are really good. I hoped you enjoy them because I did!!

Blend 2 eggs with 2 bananas to get a smooth batter

On a hot non-stick griddle or pan, pour 2 tbsp of your batter onto your pan.

Cook as if you would any type of pancake!  When the edges start to pull away from the pan and the bubbles in the middle stop popping, flip them!

Enjoy!
See Really Easy!!

This was my breakfast!! Some banana pancakes,
turkey bacon, and apple juice!!
