Homemade Banana Pudding Recipe

                                                              Enjoy this it is really Delicious!!




Banana pudding
1 cup white sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 cup of heavy cream
1 TBS vanilla extract
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
1 box of Nilla Waffers

  • Start by getting everything ready like getting out a pan and letting it heat up on medium, also get out the pan you will be chilling the pudding in, and chop your bananas 

1) Put 3 eggs into a bowl with 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of heavy cream, 1/3 cup of flower, 1 cup of white sugar, 1 TBS vanilla extract. And mix until yellow. (NOTE: don't over mix!!!)
2) Put your pudding into your heated pot stir constantly
3) place Nilla wafers and sliced bananas into your bowl that is going to be chilled. (place in design if desired)
4) Pour your cooked pudding into the same bowl that has bananas and Nilla wafers in it


Whipped cream 
1 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup of sour cream
1/3 cup of powdered sugar

Mix 1 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1/3 cup of sour cream,1/3 cup of powdered sugar in a bowl (do not mix this in the same bowl as the pudding!!!)

Sir until thick (don't over mix and don't mix too fast!!!)

Place whipped cream over top of the pudding. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator and chill for two hours or more!
